Pastor Paul Thompson and his wife Karmen have been here since 1999. They have three grown children: Amber, Josh, and Matt. Pastor Paul loves to see people grow closer to God and incorporate their faith into their lives on a daily basis. He is passionate about worshiping the Lord as well. Favorite pastimes: hanging out with his family, sports, hunting and fishing.  Karmen enjoys being with her family, horseback riding, art and teaching the Word of God.

Pastor Joe and his wife, Mallorie, have led the youth ministry at Lead Assembly of God since June 2009. They grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Pastor Joe and Mallorie live near Lead with their daughters.. Pastor Joe is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, and Mallorie enjoys traveling and reading.
